Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.
• Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Swimwear returns are accepted only if the hygiene seal is intact.
• Defective items can be returned regardless of the above conditions.

1. Pack the item securely with the order details or packing slip inside.
2. Take it to your local postal service and send it back to us.
3. We highly recommend using a tracked/signed service to avoid loss or damage.
