We hope you are happy with your most recent purchase, but if you would like to return it, please do so within 30 days of receiving it.

We ask that you return all unused and unwashed items in their original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached.

For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be returned. Returns of swimwear are only allowed if the hygiene seal is still present.

This has no bearing on your ability to return defective items.

Please email our customer service staff at info@britainmall.uk to arrange a return or replacement if you get a damaged or defective item.

If you would want to return an item, simply take it to your local postal service and send it back to us.

We highly advise choosing a tracked/signed service to reduce the chance of loss or damage during transit.

To ensure that the order can be identified, make sure to include all order data or the packing slip with the package.
